Mouth ulcer and constipation

My Son suffering from mouth ulcer since 2
days
Presently taking becosule jr
Is there need of medicine, or can we use mouth wash other than saltwater
Also his constipation is regular issue and motion not regular time
Kindly advise

Give stool softener and plenty of water.
Continue mouth washes and B-complex as advised.

Mouth wash is not required.
Child should drink plenty of water along with high fibre diet including vegetables and fruits.
Stool softener and medication should be taken after consultation only.
