My 5 yrs son having mouth spore (reddish with white / yelloish spot) in upper gum. It is also paining sometimes. I am giving him saline mouth wash. Please suggest any medication

If the reddish white / yellowish spot in the upper gum is in relation to a particular tooth(milk tooth) , then I would suggest u to go the dentist get an xray done. It can be an infection or pus discharge in relation to that particular tooth.
Next Steps
Doctor would prescribe you antibiotics for infection and analgesics for the pain to subside.
