Mouth sores in the teeth and in toungue
My brother has a pblm of having mouth sore in between tooth and below the toungue .the one's below the toungue is like patches with brownish color .shall I know what would be the pblm and wat could be the treatment for it

It seems like either multiple apthus ulcers or candidias.
You have not written is it painful or not.
FOR further details you can provide your history of lesion in detail, like is he smoker, tobacco chewer, how many days from the lesion is. Had he taken any recent medication etc

Apply kenakart mouth paint 4-5 times daily for five days
