Mouth sores
I have sores of yellow colour in my mouth for the last 2 days. It is accompanied by severe fever. It is very painful to take water and food.

Sometimes viral infections which cause fever also cause ulcers. Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Have nonspicy food. Take Crocin for fever. If it does not resolve in 2-3 days consult a doctor
