Mouth sores
I am having mouth sores almost everyday. Everyday a new spot they appear in the mouth. They are not painful or oozing just a bump to touch and sometimes like an opening in skin. What is causing this.

Thanks for the query.
This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed. A proper treatment can then be started. Discuss the situation and hope it will be cleared in few days. It could be because of vitamin b12 deficiency or recurrent fungal or viral infections.
