Mouth sore between lips and teeth area
It's been 7 days I am using Zytee antiseptic pain relieving gel, becosules capsules and using mouthwash instead of toothbrush. Generally it improves with becosules only, but now my lips have hardened. What medication should be preferred??

Have you been prescribed the pain relieving gel by a dentist or are you taking self medication???? I hope you understand that self medication is more harmful if you do not understand the problem that you are taking it for. Similarly Becosule capsules are Vitamin supplements which are not going to cure this problem.... they only make the tissues stronger for further damage but have no role in curing the problem that you are facing. And most importantly you should never avoid tooth brushing. Mouthwashes, interdental brushes and flosses are adjuncts to brushing but the plaque removal which is facilitated by tooth brushing cannot be done by any other techniques. Mouthwash will only dilute the plaque for sometime but will not remove it and this will actually lead to aggravation of the problem. Also if you are using mouthwash is like Plax or Listerine they will further cause burning sensation and irritate the tissues further.... You should use only chlorhexidine based mouthwashes which come by different brand names like hexidine, rexidine, orahex, clohex etc.
Next Steps
go for a proper clinical examination by a dentist to diagnose the problem on a rational basis..... the right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis.
Health Tips
avoid self medication. do not stop brushing your teeth and massaging your gums with your toothbrush..... and also clean your tongue with your toothbrush only.
