It seems you have swelling of the gums in that region in relation to a tooth. This could be due to many reasons- a wisdom tooth erupting or a cavity in one of the last teeth causing a periapical abscess which may cause symptoms like these.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist to check which tooth is the cause and treat it accordingly.
Health Tips
Hot water gargles with salt will help. Do NOT do any heat or cold application from outside.

Don't understand ur problem as u have not given any details. Anyway looks like u have wisdom tooth coming that's normal actually as it comes in the age of 18-27 yrs and apply clinora gel/ dologel CT over the swollen area. Fo the warm salt water gargle for 2-4 times a day. So if its not annoying u much then just take tab.flexon MR 2 times a day after meals for 3 days. But if its giving u more trouble then better get it removed from your dentist.
Next Steps
visit ur dentist.
