Its surely an oral lesion...u should consult an oral pathologist immediately..u should stop smoking n chewing tobacco ...

It might be a simple ulcer r a complicated lesion like candidiasis ... if u hav the habit of smoking r beetlenut chewing stop tat immediately ... consult an oral pathologist as early as possible and get the necessary treatment
