Hi, I was wondering if I had some sort of allergy to something in fruit or something. Everytime without fail when I eat fruit i get canker sores. I can’t even drink a 1/4 pint of apple juice two or three days in a row without getting a canker sore. I don’t typically eat fruit just because Ive never really been interested in fruit, but for the past few months I’ve been trying to because of nutrition and all that jazz. But I’m constantly having canker sores usually a few at a time.

It could happen that your mucosa is prone to getting ulcers and citric acid in the fruits may be aggravating the ulcers. U can start a bcomplex like becosules for the ulcers and have curds made at home which is rich in B 12. Check for vitamin B 12 deficiency signs like sores at the ends of the mouth , burning sensation in the tongue.
