Which mouthguard to chose single sided or double does a single sided mouthguard protect the lower set of teeth

I would recomend u to use a double  mouth guard that is one for upper teeth and one for lower teeth. single sided mouth guard wikk protect lower teeth from contacting the upper but it will get abraded much faster. so use the double one.
