Accident by bike in 2012. Gum is fractured. Plate is placed in gum by a operation in 2012. But the gum is not placed properly. By this reason the structure of mouth is disorder.

Please visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in your city. He will advice you certain x ray followed by which ull be advised accordingly. Please do not ignore the situation as it can may lead to complications which cannot be repaired
