My uncle is having a habit of eating tobacco and also he is suffering from diabeties ...recently we found a clump and a white patch in his mouth for which the doctor is sceptical of cancer ...i want to know how it can be diagonised and how do we know about the stage of the same ...is diabeties also affect the same ...thankx
