Mouth cancer
He visited doctor in advanced stage. completed 7 Khemos and 35 radiation sitting by Nov -2016 end. After 45 days doctor suggested PET and MRI scan which shows tumor ( though greatly reduced) in the Left Hard plate.
What is the course of action we need to follow now? the treating doctor initially suggested surgery but now says 3 months khemos and then surgery.

In this setting it is advisable to opt for surgery if feasible. That decision has to be taken by surgical oncologist. Chemo is not going to make much difference.
