I hope you are not in too much pain, but as per the description it seems like a draining sinus.
if that is the case a root canal would have to be done of the affected tooth.
please visit a dentist and get a xray done as soon as possible.

mouth blister as u say is a condition of oral mucosa and is caused by a variety of reasons such as trauma,acidity,constipation,stress and bad oral hygiene...since u have not mentioned the location of the ulcer its difficult to presume what exactly it may b so kindly visit ur dentist at the earliest to get it diagnosed.
