Motion sickness
I am 25 now and I have had motion sickness as a kid. I find it difficult to travel in vehicles like cars, buses, etc. Feel like throwing up and suffocated. One thing that helps to a certain extent is mint (chewing Vicks lozenges menthol flavor). One more thing is that although I feel sick while travelling in these vehicles, but I have never actually vomited. I am planning a trip to Himachal Pradesh with my friends. Want to consult if it is safe for me to go on a road trip to high altitude valleys, and if yes, then what medications should I carry with me?
