Motion issue with baby
Hi my baby is 6 weeks old and he has not passed motions since last two days today is third day and burping alot.. Urine is fine, feeding is also fine. He seems little irritated. Please suggest can colimax be given? And I pump my milk and give as his can't lach properly what should be suggested quantity of milk be given to him? I can express 60ml
