From the last 1 yr, i lost 5-6kg's of my wght due to digestive problem(may b)... motion is not clr in the morning, took more time in washroom.. and having motion atleast 2 times a day,, nutrients is not getting absorbed as am taking a healthy diet but no improvement is seen.... may b due to my frequent motion resulting in reduction of my wght
