Hi
She can consult a psychologist and talk about what is making her feel depressed. To feel better she will require therapy sessions. A psychologist will help her feel better and confident. It has been a year since she has been feeling depressed. It will be good if she speaks to a psychologist. I understand you are worried about her. Do not worry with counseling sessions she will feel better and she will become a confident person.

Hi... It would have been better if you have shared little more details (age, socio-economic and educational-work background, etc.) in your query. Also, what happened in June 2021, post which her mental health took a downturn? If she is willing please arrange a consultation with a Psychologist or a Psychiatrist, whoever she feels more comfortable. Psychotherapy/Counselling takes a longer time but address the issues from the root. Medications are introduced by a Psychiatrist in cases where it is necessary. Her treatment may only require Counselling or it may require both medication and counselling. Nothing can be said without a proper session.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Motivational Counselling is required.

Hi,
Please take an appointment with a therapist. A therapist can help her to build her confidence while addressing her depression. When we go through depression, we need support personally and professionally, it gives us a sense that we are not alone in this.
Hence, counseling will help her in all ways possible.
Also, since it has been one year, I'd suggest to not wait it out and seek help as soon as possible before the symptoms worsen.
