Mosquito or bed bug
While sleeping at my grand fathers couch, Which is in a village, I immediately felt an itch and lumps developing on my exposed arm.
The welts are puffy and somewhat itchy..
Want to know if this is bed bugs or mosquitos.

It could be bug it is contagious and need treatment the bed and sheet should be washed with hot boiling water and kept in sun you need to have treatment under supervision with a dermatologist along with others as your grandfather And whoever has symptoms like you.
