Morning walk or Night walk for Diabetes
Hi, I just noticed im a diabetic now with sugar levels around 170 (and sometimes even 200 plus).. im 32 years old and not taking any medicines..im trying to lower Sugar levels by diet control, speed walk and regular testing.. i started doing an early morning walk of 40 mins but due to office work meetings im now unable to do in morning so started having a walk post dinner (after  30 mins) but many are advising that wont be fruitful.. so trying to understand if any issues with walk post dinner? Thanks Shankar
