it is common to experience hair loss after pregnancy.
This is called telogen effluvium. This condition usually resolves without treatment and hair comes to back normal, however if it persists it can lead to thinning of hair on scalp. Take nutritious food like containing protein egg whites pulses almonds etc, use a gentle shampoo avoid blown dry, coloring the hair, even if it continuous after these solutions meet a dermatologist.
