Moong dAl water
Hello Doctor, My baby is going to be 6 month on 26th Feb. Can I start solid or semisolid now? Like rice water for first 3 days at one time Moong dal water for next 3 days at one time Apple puree onwards Banana pure Vegetable soup Rice and pulse porridge etc. I m newly mother that's why worried for food. Please suggest.

Hi, Yes. you can start. You can give vegetables and fruits purée. Give warm water in between. Initially start once and then increase to 4-6 times/ day.
