Monthly periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had sex on 18th February on 5th March I got my periods after taking meprate... On 5th it mainly consisted of few spots on 6th I got a little heavy but that was not normal as I used to get it naturally with heavy flow....and I'm suffering from pcos...is there is anything about which I should be worried like pregnancy????
