Monthly periodic problems
I have pain in lower back and abdomen even before 5-6 days of periods and get bad cramps and heavy flow during periods. Due to heavy flow I am having iron deficiency if I'm on medication it will be alright if I leave iron supplements I again get iron deficient I intake enough nutrients as per my daily life than too I'm having this issue.
