I had sex around 45 days ago , bt period not coming after that , I did also pregnancy test two time and result is negative , some one advice me to take m2 tone syrup bt syrup not work , next what I should, plz guide me ...

I would suggest you to do a Urine pregnancy test again but in lab as it is more accurate. However if you wish to do it at home then do it in early morning urine sample. M2 tone syrup works but it will take time around 1 month.
