if your menses are regular comes every 28-30 days then your safe period for doing sex are first and last 7 days.avoid sex during day 8 to 20 of menstrual cycle.if your cycles are irregular than consult gynecologist for knowing various natural(like basal body temp./cervical mucus patterns/symptothermal method) n other mechanical n oral methods of contraception.
