This medicine is a combination of cetrizine and montelukast.Cetirizine is unlikely to do you any harm if you take it for a long time. However it's best to take cetirizine only for as long as youhave allergic symptoms , whereas montelukast has to be taken for long time 2-3 months for prevention.
