Monday Headaches
I am 42 years old. I get really bad headaches almost every Monday since that is my first day of working week. If I take the monday off work and am in on the Tuesday, then I won't get a headache on the monday but will on the tuesday! I work at computers, but more often than not spend at least as much time doing the same at home on the weekend. Then will take Panadol and it will reduce the afternoon session else it will be worst ! What could be the issue? Not sure this is a migrane related issues.
