Mom got corona 9 days back d dimer high
My mom got corona 9 days back, in second blood tests her d dimer is very high 1800. Doctor asked to use blood thinners even we are suing it why her d dimer is hifh. Is this dangerous or common in covid patients. Is there any natural remedy in addition to blood thinner to make it normal. Please suggest.

If d- dimer is high there is more chances of getting thrombi (blood clots) in blood vessels ,and since her age is 60 years there is high risk of getting thrombi.
Next Steps
hence it is mandatory to use blood thinner in this patient and there is no alternative natural remedy for treating these thrombi
