I have a mole on my upper back which is bothering me. The mole is about 10-15 mm in diameter and it's itchy sometimes. It has a smooth surface and is not hard but you can feel it is there. If pressed it almost feels as if it is hot. I have a lot of other ones but not like this. Could this be dysplasyic nevi or worse? http://i.imgur.com/HnztaXj.jpg

Hi
Any mole that is itchy or painful or growing in size needs to be removed and biopsied to rule out anything more sinister. Do not rely on pictures. The mole should not be scraped when suspected of something.
Best is to remove it in toto and send it for a biopsy if it's small or do a biopsy and then plan for a proper removal if it is bigger
Next Steps
See a plastic surgeon or dermatologist or dermatosurgeon to get a biopsy
