Mole like appearences
I noticed three mole like spots on the base of my penis wondering what it maybe. No irritation or pain and there was no sexual activity. Do I need to consult with a dermatologist?

It is a small growth which can appear over the scrotum . Nothing to worry about. If you want to get it removed , Radiofequency cautery can be done. Visit the dermatologist nearby.
