Mmr2 vaccine
My son have been given mmr1 vaccine. is it compulsary to give mmr2? he is 15 months old now. doc said that he will give vaccine of chickenpox.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. MMR VACCINE 3 doses are must 9 month ,15 months, and at 5years. At 15 months baby has MMR 2 and chickenpox vaccine, can be given on same day as single vaccine or as 2 injection on 2 thighs or as 2 injections one month apart. Any schedule can be followed.
