My husband who is 32 years have mitral valve prolapse condition from last 3 years and now from past week he experiences fatigue mostly in the evening after work hours. His work does not involve much of physical exertion..his recent reports of sugar and serum tests were normal

Mitral valve prolapse is a structutral problem in anterior leaflet of Mitral valve but it depends how much abnormality it is going to cause leakage(MR) in that valve. If no MR nothing to be done, only symptomatic treatment is required for    non specific complaints
