Mitral valve prolapse
I have been a runner since 5-6 years. Over the past 2 years I have cut down on long distances. Have been playing sports. 26 year old male. Recently diagnosed with MVP. Can I still run and play sports with same intensity and increase the intensity gradually?

Depends on the degree of MVP. U can go through echo by dm cardiologist and he will prescribe u beta blockers which is drug of choice in MVP.
