  4. Missing periods. I do now to get relief?

Missing periods
My last period was on 24th Feb. I am late by month and a half. Since yesterday my lower abdomen area, hips have a dull ache and lower back on the left side has sharp pain.I spotted dark brown discharge two times.What should I do now to get relief?

Do a urine pregnancy test first to rule out pregnancy if you have been sexually active. If not then you cn tk tab buscopan for pain releif. Consult a nearby gynaecologist for examination
