Missing Periods - I Have Missed Period For 7 Days And Not Get

I have missed period for 7 days and not get detected in pregnancy test kit so i have done HCG beta blood test and it's showing 7.58. please let me know what should i do

Wait for 2daty more and again repeat test... For confirmation repeat test from some other lab too
