Missing periods
Hai doctor . I'm tejasvi I have married on June 14 2023 .. my last  month period  was may 24 , after one week I have seen  period again.. and before 1 week to marriages I  have seen again the period .. now I have delay in period  but I have gone through pregnancy test it came negative What should I do I'm not able to get it... Help me plz ... I want to get period suggestion me a medicines... Plz...thank u

You had your periods on 24 May (before marriage). You got married on 14 June. By that time the fertile window was already over. So you could not conceive in June. Your periods were due on 24 June. You didn't get your periods so far. You have given some description about you seeing some bleeding one week before marriage (that is 7 June). Your urine pregnancy test is negative. Please get your beta HCG level after one week and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.
