Missing period was told could be uti
I haven’t had my period in 31 days, I’m not on birth control and I have taken pregnancy tests and gotten negatives; I was told that it could be a uti or cervical pathology. Would it be painful to have uti or cervical pathology? Besides nausea and the absence of my cycle, I feel normal.
