Hi there...I understand your concern...it may be due to many reasons...some of them are anemia,thyroid disorders,ovarian cysts,emotional stress,jet lag,lack of sleep etc...poly cystic ovarian disease is another possible cause...certain medications may cause these symptoms...consult nearest gynecologist for clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
