  4. Missing period. Why i have no periods?

I had a medical abortion on 1 Nov 2017 and I bleed 3 weeks and then I stop bleeding then after 5 days I start again spotting for 1 month and I take 3 pregnancy tests and ultrasound they all were negative and endometrium thickness was 5mm and then I had my first periods on 15 Feb 2018 to 20 Feb 2018 but I have dark spots on my belly and buttocks and I don't have my second period plz tell me what is wrong with me and why I have no periods?

There Might b some hormonal disturbance might not b related to your medical abortion,u need to consult in person to a gyne Dr
