My period is missing abd showing faintline when i do pregnancy test.what will be the reason.am i pregnant??

Confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding or wait for few more days.Also get done TSH and serum prolactin level.
