Missing period after susten and HPT -ve

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My last period was on 07.06.2017. met doctor and she did ultrasound scan on 13th day and folicle study on 15th day .advised e.vol tablets to use from 3rd day of my period to next 5 days and susten 200 from18 day to next 20 days.missing period,HPT -ve, abdominal cramp.next day of missed period HPT -ve. am I pregnant or not & when to take HPT again
