My sister is not having her periods this month, she thinks she is expecting. She got sexually invovled previous month, and four days after her sexual invovlement she had her regular periods, but this month menses didnt came.

Hello there. It need not be that she is pregnant. Sometimes it's normal to observe a delay in the cycle for upto 20 days. Do a urine pregnancy test to see if she is pregnant. Consult a gynaecologist for further help. Regards
