Missed periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My periods have been delayed by 4 days.. generally i get my periods on 28-30 days cycle.. i even had pregnancy test at home whose result was negative.. i so pissed of thinking about it throughout the day... please help as i have all the premenstrual symptoms but no periods
