Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 28 years old I had my last period on 23 june, I have done home pregnancy test which shows negative. I visited a gynae and she did sonography which says my ovaries are of normal size. Can u confirm if I can be pregnant or have any other problem like pcos? Very light color spotting happened for a day . Doctor has given m deviry for 5 days .. is
