Missed periods but negative test results
I was about to get my periods last month January 25th. I missed my periods. When i took a test it showed negative. I took 4 tests all negative. But day by day i feel different. What to do ? Why my periods are missed. Or it can be a case of twin pregnancy?

Any history of sexual intercourse ?
If yes, please get your beta HCG level done and consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.
