Missed period, -ve tests. Of i-pill.

We had unprotected sex on 20th May night. Her period date was 22 but she missed her period so she did urine test on 23 afternoon which was -ve. She took an I-pill on 23 night(after 68-69hrs). She did urine test on 25 morning which was -ve and blood test(HCG) which was -ve(<1.2 mIU/mL). She had continuous watery discharge from 22 and reddish-brown discharge in small amounts sometimes. She has slight abdominal cramping sometimes followed by reddish-brown discharge for 45 min. She is confused whether the discharge is due to implantation bleeding or she'll have her period, i.e. whether she is pregnant or not. While having sex, I did not ejaculate inside her vagina but after some time, without ejaculation we had sex again. Then I removed again after some time and ejaculated outside her body. Is it possible that some sperms were left inside her before main ejaculation. She is presently eating papaya and cinnamon seeds. Please tell if the period delay is due to pregnancy or effect of i-pill.
