I have a 30 days menstrual cycle .last period on 20sep..this month I have a missed period of 42 days as of now. Took pregnancy test yesterday and got negative .wat could be the reason .when can I test again

It may be hormonal imbalance... get ur thyroid test done... start tb registerone 5mg twice a day for 5 days
