I've recently started a new birth control on March 24th. I had gotten my period the week before on the 13th so I didnt get my period during the placebo week which would have been March 26th. So technically I should have gotten my period April 12th but didn't. Is it possible my body is adjusting to the new pill and I will get my period during the regular placebo week (April 22) or could I possibly be pregnant?

Pregnancy chances are very less but doubt is there confirm it by Bhcg.In case of negative wait you will get period but sometimes take time don't use any self medication.
