I took pregnancy test 12 days before. It was comes negative than I took regestrone for 5 days. But it is 7th day after I finished my tablet not get periods

You can wait till total 15 days after you complete regestrone. If you don't get periods even after 15 days do ultrasound pelvis. And Consult gynecologist.
